Cashless Payment

We do not accept cash as a method of payment. Please note that tips for the staff are only accepted in cash.

What is the minimum age to check in?

18 years of age. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Deposit at Check-In

Upon check-in we require a credit card hold of $50 per night for security/ incidentals. If there are no charges billed to the room (room service, restaurant/ bar, upgrade, etc.) or damages to the room, the full amount of  the hold will be released on the day of departure. For domestic credit cards it can take 3-7 business days for the hold to be released. For international credit cards it can take 10-20 business days for the hold to be  released. If using a debit card it could take longer for the funds to be released by the bank. Deposits – All  reservations will be charged accordingly to the agreed upon cancellation policy or within 48-hours of arrival  (whichever is greater).

Facility Fee

The nightly Facility Fee of $40.00 plus taxes, is a mandatory hotel fee applied to all guests reservations. The fee includes premium Wi-Fi, unlimited domestic/ international calls, access to the business center  (internet, printing etc.) and access to the fitness center.

Check-In & Check-Out Time

Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability for an additional fee

Rooms & Suites

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee of $50 per night plus taxes. Not all rooms are equipped to fit a rollaway bed. Please contact the hotel in advance should you require an additional bed in the room.

Is there a refrigerator in the room?

Refrigerators are available for a fee of $50 per night plus taxes.

Is there luggage storage?

Luggage storage is available for a fee of $5 per bag for Registered Guests only

Package policy

We accept packages on behalf of our guests, which will be stored in our mail room for an additional fee on a per package basis. We ask that any packages sent to the hotel include the full name on the reservation. Package rates are as follows: 

$2.00 per envelope 

$5.00 per small package  

$10.00 per large package  

*Rates are subject to change. Additional charges will be applied if the envelope/package is held at the hotel for  greater than 7 days prior to arrival.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

New Yorker by Lotte Hotels is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the  hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection  sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without  disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge  and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all  guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the  sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited. Smoking penalty of $500  will apply for in room smoking.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

We welcome 4 legged guests as well. There is a pet cleaning fee of $50 per night per pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed in the guest room. The pet must be in a crate when the guest is not in the room.

Wi-Fi

Premium Wi-Fi is included in the daily facility fee.

Does the hotel have cribs available?

Of course! We want to ensure our youngest guests have a great night’s sleep as well.

Is there a coffee maker in the room?

Coffee makers may be requested for a fee of $50 per night plus taxes.

Business Center

Our 24-hour business center is located in the lower lobby, which includes computers and printers.

Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center is located in the lower lobby (Currently close from 12AM – 5AM). It includes state-of-the art fitness bikes, treadmills, free weights, and weight machines.The minimum age requirement is 18 years  old. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Location & Transportation

Does the hotel provide transportation?

The hotel does not have transportation service, however you may contact the hotel directly at 212-971-0101.

Is parking available?

The hotel does not have a parking garage however self-parking is available at discounted rate. Please contact the Front Desk office to request for ticket validation. 

Dock Parking is located at 1 Penn Plaza (34th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue; for GPS location 250  West 34th street, NY 10119). Rates are calculated per 24 hours, with no in and out privileges. On the day of  departure the vehicle must be retrieved at the exact time it was dropped off (or earlier) to avoid incurring  additional charges. 

Self-Parking: 

$60.00 for a standard vehicle 

$70.00 for a SUV/luxury vehicle
